1. Introduction

Welcome to Support Unlimited, a service provided by The Simple Systems Co. These terms and conditions set out the legal terms that govern your subscription and use of our service. By subscribing to or using Support Unlimited, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.


2. Services

2.1 Unlimited Support Requests

Subscribers may submit an unlimited number of support requests related to the use and optimisation of The Simple Systems Co. software and services. Requests will be submitted via the form provided in Slack. 

Requests will be fulfilled one at a time.A new request may be submitted at any time, but work on subsequent requests will not begin until the current request is marked “Complete” by the subscriber.

2.2 Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver most requests within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).Complex or multi-step requests may require longer. We will communicate estimated timelines.

2.3 Unlimited Edits

Subscribers may request reasonable revisions until satisfied.Revisions must be clearly communicated through slack.


3. Payment & Billing

3.1 Subscription Fees

Launch Offer: £350 per month (subject to 30 days’ notice of change)Standard Plan: £495 per month

3.2 Billing Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.Minimum of 3 months contract. After that reverting to rolling monthly service. Cancellation of your payment may result in immediate suspension of services.

3.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including months when the service is not fully utilised. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.


4. Cancellations & Terminations

4.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

4.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately if you:

5. Software Access, Membership Rights & Platform Terms

5.1 Access to The Simple Systems Co. Platform

Your Support Unlimited membership includes full access to:

The Simple Systems Co. software
Templates, workflows, and automation assets
Dashboards, strategy tools, and premium training
Done-with-you support and implementation
Weekly Group Support Call

These resources are protected intellectual property and may not be used or distributed outside your account. Redistribution or duplication without written consent is prohibited.

5.2 Downgrading to Software-Only Access

If you cancel Support Unlimited:

Your account will be downgraded to our £97 per month software-only planYou will lose access to:Support servicesExclusive trainings

5.3 Non-Payment or Cancelled Direct Debit

If payment fails or is cancelled:

Access to your account may be suspended after 7 daysData and automations may be archived or deleted after 14 days without resolutionThe Simple Systems Co. accepts no liability for loss of data due to non-payment


6. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

6.1 Prohibited Use

You may not use our service or materials to:

Break the law or violate third-party rightsEngage in hate speech or unethical practicesRequest content or automation for: spam, fraud, or misleading claimsBuild or resell competing software or services


7. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act2018. You consent to our processing of your data for account, service, and communication purposes. You remain responsible for the lawful collection and sharing of your client data. Our Privacy Policy outlines your rights and protections.


8. Use of AI Tools

8.1 Assistance with AI

We use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Zapier to support the delivery of your services.

You acknowledge and accept that:

9. Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee business outcomes. Results depend on many external variables beyond our control.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is capped at the value of your most recent monthly payment.We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”.We are not responsible for service interruptions beyond our control (force majeure).


10. Copyright & Indemnity

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials or instructions you submit do not infringe on third-party rights. You accept that AI-generated content may carry residual copyright risks. You agree to indemnify The Simple Systems Co. against any claims arising from misuse or breach of third-party IP.


11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

You will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the service will signify acceptance.


12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
