What is the refund policy?
Once you have paid your invoice, that holds a spot in my calendar. If you cancel the session with 24 hours notice, I will allow you to re-book another session at no extra cost within the next two months. If there is less than 24 hours notice, there will be no refund and you will need to book a new session.
Can I pay in a different currency?
Absolutely, Just email me at [email protected] and I can send you over a payment link. I'll calculate the amount on the exchange rate at time of booking.
I'm not tech-savvy; will I be able to implement your suggestions?
Absolutely, I'll share any training videos that are needed and you have 14 days of Voxer access to ask any questions.
