Take the findings and the roadmap and put them in place with your own team, at your own pace.

We come in on a project basis, or as your fractional Ops support on a retainer, to help you put everything in place.
The Audit

To do that, we need to dig deep — into your processes, your systems, your team, and how it's all working together. That's what the audit maps out.

- A detailed interview with you — we talk through your role, how the business feels to run day to day, and where the real pressure points are.
- Conversations with your team — we get their honest view on what's working, what isn't, and where things keep getting stuck.
- A walkthrough of your current systems and tools — we look at what you're using, how you're using it, and what's falling through the gaps.
- A review of your key processes — we map how work actually flows through the business, not how you think it does.
- An analysis of your AI and automation setup — we identify where you're missing opportunities and where tasks could run without you having to touch them.
You'll receive a detailed written report on the current state of your processes, systems, and AI — with specific, prioritised recommendations on what to improve and in what order.
We will come into your business for up to five hours for only £595.
